Capita is recruiting a Team Leader for Apprenticeships to drive delivery of Royal Marines programmes at CTCRM, Lympstone.
You will lead a team of five, coach performance, coordinate CPD opportunities and ensure quality and compliance in a demanding training environment.
This full-time role is term-time (45 weeks) with a pro rata salary up to £33,000 depending on experience, onsite facilities, and opportunities for further qualifications.
Eligibility for UK Security Clearance (SC) is required.
