We're looking for a confident and collaborative Cyber Product Manager to help shape, grow and deliver our Defence cyber training products. If you enjoy working with complex stakeholders, thrive in dynamic environments and want to play a key role in supporting MOD capability, this is a brilliant opportunity to make a real impact. This role is home‑based with weekly travel to Corsham MOD site.

What you’ll be doing:
- Owning and shaping the product vision and roadmap to meet DCO and Front‑Line Command needs.
- Creating well‑defined product backlog items and prioritising them to support timely, high‑impact delivery.
- Building strong relationships across MOD, acting as the main point of contact for training products and regular client meetings.
- Supporting the development and communication of a clear product vision and roadmap aligned to client and FLC needs.
- Supporting user research, journey mapping and market analysis to inform product decisions.
- Identifying risks, opportunities and improvements to drive continuous efficiency across development and delivery teams.
What we’re looking for:
Essential:
- Strong experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager in an Agile environment.
- Experience working in MOD.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior MOD users and multi‑location teams.
- Confidence setting strategic direction and leading conversations around vision, priorities and deliverables.
- Ability to analyse complex processes and translate them into clear, actionable requirements and user stories.
- Experience using Agile tools such as Jira or Rally.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work autonomously and manage a busy, varied workload.
Desirable:
- Familiarity with DSAT / JSP822 or broader defence training frameworks.
