Location: Swindon, United Kingdom
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours/week

This role involves a hybrid working arrangement, primarily from home, with visits to the offices in Swindon or Cheltenham, so candidates should be within commuting distance.
Responsibilities:
- Communicating with customers via telephone and written correspondence regarding bereavement claims.
- Following up with customers for outstanding information needed for claims.
- Performing administrative duties related to claims.
- Supporting a positive team culture.
- Handling general administrative tasks.
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous administrative experience in an FCA-regulated financial environment or claims experience in a back-office setting, preferably within Life & Pensions. Full training will be provided.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with vulnerable customers.
- Good IT skills, including Word and Excel, with quick adaptability to new software.
- Self-motivated and able to manage workloads effectively.
