Join us in supporting candidates through their Army recruitment journey at the Army\’s National Recruiting Centre. As a Candidate Support Coordinator, you\’ll be the vital link between regional recruiters and candidates – guiding individuals through each stage of the recruitment process with empathy, clarity and purpose. We would particularly welcome applications from people who are from Black, Asian and other ethnic minority backgrounds as part of our commitment to an inclusive and diverse workforce.
What you\’ll be doing
- Support candidates throughout their British Army recruitment journey with empathy and clarity
- Keep candidate records up to date with clear and accurate notes in the internal system
- Take ownership of your performance targets and strive to exceed expectations
- Suggest improvements to enhance candidate experience and internal processes
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Provide timely support to regional recruiters to ensure a smooth recruitment process
