Job Details
- Full‑time, fixed‑term role (37.5 hours/week) until December 2026
- Hybrid working: split between home and our Upavon, Wiltshire office
- Initial training: first 4 weeks based on‑site in Upavon, Monday to Thursday
- Induction: in‑person 1.5 day induction at our offices in Bovington
What you'll be doing
- Coordinate officer and outreach events
- Liaise with schools and educational institutions to promote opportunities
- Conduct thorough eligibility checks to ensure candidates meet required criteria
- Match candidates to appropriate events, ensuring the right person is placed in the right opportunity
- Collaborate with assessment centres, careers offices, and key stakeholders to maintain high standards and effective communication
What we're looking for
Essential Skills
- IT literate, competent using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Previous administration experience
- Organised with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- A passion for Customer Service with the ability to go above and beyond and take ownership of any issues
- Ability to work well under pressure
Desirable Skills
- Familiarity with Army Careers would be an advantage
