We're looking for an experienced Endpoint Management Specialist to join our End User Services team and play a key role in supporting and evolving a large-scale, enterprise Windows device estate. This is a Hybrid role - candidate will be required to be in the office 1-2 days per week, located in Hillview House, Belfast.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a similar endpoint management or EUC role, ideally within a large, complex enterprise environment
  • Strong hands-on experience with Altiris, Intune, and/or SCCM (Altiris experience is highly desirable)
  • Solid understanding of Windows endpoint environments and device lifecycle management
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis skills
  • A good working knowledge of TCP/IP networking, including VLANs, proxies, firewalls, and subnets
  • Experience working on organised project activity alongside BAU support
  • Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working collaboratively across technical and service teams

You’ll be responsible for the support, maintenance, and continuous improvement of endpoint management platforms that manage circa 100,000 end‑user devices, ensuring stability, security, and compliance across the environment. This is a hands‑on technical role, ideal for someone who can hit the ground running and enjoys working across modern and legacy endpoint technologies.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting and maintaining enterprise endpoint management platforms, including Symantec CMS (Altiris), Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM)
  • Owning the Windows device lifecycle, from build and configuration through to patching, upgrades, and retirement
  • Acting as a technical escalation point, following structured fault resolution and incident processes
  • Delivering software deployment, endpoint security controls, vulnerability remediation, and patch compliance
  • Supporting project and change delivery, including platform upgrades and service improvements
  • Identifying opportunities to standardise, optimise, and automate endpoint management processes
  • Producing and maintaining technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles
  • Creating and executing system test plans to support change and release activity
  • Collaborating closely with wider service teams and Lines of Service to ensure client and operational requirements are met
