Join the Recruiting Partnership Project (RPP) as a Transport Administrator and help keep our vehicle fleet running smoothly. Working closely with the Transport Manager, you will support vehicle management activities, liaise with key stakeholders, and help deliver an efficient and compliant transport service that supports Army recruitment across the UK. This is a full‑time, permanent role working 37.5 hours per week, onsite at our offices in Upavon, Wiltshire.
What you’ll be doing:
- Covering administration duties and supporting the Transport Manager
- Ensuring all drivers and documentation are compliant
- Providing advance notice for vehicle servicing and repairs
- Updating the internal database
- Processing transport requests
- Actioning all telephone and email correspondence
- Supporting the management of a nationwide fleet
Essential qualifications/skills/experience:
- Previous administration experience
- Good IT skills using Microsoft Office and adaptability to in‑house databases
- Strong attention to detail
- Organised with a proactive approach
- Full UK driver’s licence, with flexibility to travel and confidence driving a mixed fleet of vehicles
- Ability to load and unload equipment from stores, as and when required
Desirable qualifications/skills/experience:
- Experience of MOD White fleet regulations would be an advantage
- Any experience using PowerBI would be an advantage
