At Capita, we're looking for compassionate and detail-oriented professionals to join our Health Assessment Advisory Service (HAAS) as Functional Specialists. - Compile clear, concise and factual medical reports - no treatment or diagnosis required.
- Collaborate with regional managers and administrators to meet service level agreements.
- Use IT systems to support clinical decision-making and report writing.
- Embrace ongoing feedback and professional development.
What We're Looking for:
- One year's post-registration experience as a nurse (RMN, RNLD, RGN), occupational therapist, physiotherapist, paramedic or doctor
- Fully registered with a relevant UK regulatory body (NMC, HCPC, GMC), without restriction or conditions and with a valid PIN
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and report-writing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- A professional, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to undergo BPSS security clearance.
Successful candidates will be required to successfully complete government baseline personnel security standard vetting. This is the recognised standard for the pre-employment screening of individuals with access to government assets.

- Over 100 hours of CPD in your first 3 months.
- 25 days' holiday (rising to 27 after 5 years) with the opportunity to buy extra leave
- Annual professional registration fee reimbursed and supported revalidation
