Qualifications
- Registered General Nurse
- Excellent clinical applied knowledge which is evidence‑based and takes account of national best practice standards
- Excellent verbal and written and IT communication skills
- ILS/PILS
- To have completed a ‘Back to Nursing’ course if having been out of nursing for more than 5 years
- Experience of private sector – desirable
- Experience of applying clinical reasoning skills across a range and varied patient case mix and competent across a range of skills (Desirable)
- ENB 998 and/or mentorship course (Desirable)
- ENB 100 Intensive Care Nursing Course (Desirable)
