Capio Recruitment, a leading recruitment agency based in Bristol is seeking dedicated and ambitious Senior or Principal Recruitment Consultants across each of our expanding divisions.
We specialise in providing recruitment solutions for the Legal, Insurance, and Wealth Management sectors, with our consultants working niche markets within each of our specialisms.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates within the Legal, Insurance, or Wealth Management sectors.
- Identify and attract top talent through various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including advertising vacancies, qualifying candidate, coordinating interviews, and presenting job offers
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to effectively advise clients and candidates on hiring strategies and opportunities
