Salary: £40,000 – £60,000 DOE

Location: Morden, London (with hybrid working – 1 day from home)

The Role

As a Residential Conveyancer, you will manage a varied caseload including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Re-mortgages
• Transfer of equity
• New builds and shared ownership
• Lease extensions
• Registered and unregistered titles
• Help to Buy transactions
• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and third-party professionals

Key Requirements

• Minimum 2 years PQE in Residential Conveyancing
• Proven ability to manage a full caseload autonomously
• Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing processes
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Commercial awareness and an interest in business development
• Organised, with excellent attention to detail
• Experience using LEAP (or similar case management software) preferred
