Part-Time Remote Commercial Property Lawyer/Solicitor Are you a skilled Commercial Property Lawyer looking for a flexible, part-time role? We’re seeking an experienced solicitor to join our team on a remote basis, working 20-25 hours per week. What We Offer: Salary: £50,000-£60,000 FTE, depending on experience Holidays: 28 days holiday (pro rata) plus Christmas off Tech Support: Company laptop, mobile, and screens provided to ensure seamless remote working Flexibility: Work from the comfort of your home, with the freedom to balance professional and personal commitments Typical Work Includes: General Commercial Property Transactions: Buying and selling freeholds, granting and taking leases Residential Development: Options and conditional contracts Development finance Purchase of development sites Site setup for disposal and plot sales Lease Extensions: Advising on lease extensions under the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993 About You: You’ll bring extensive experience in commercial property law, with a track record of handling complex transactions.
