We’re working with a long-established, independent financial planning firm, 50 years in the business, that’s looking to welcome a new Independent Financial Adviser into their growing team.
They’ve built an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality advice, with strong ties in the corporate space and a solid, loyal client base. Due to continued growth, they’re now seeking an adviser to focus on private client advice, working with an established client bank and converting leads for individual clients generated within meetings for corporate & EB advice.
- Warm client bank – you’ll be given clients to manage from day one
- Hybrid working – typically 1–2 days office presence required
- Structured career development – support toward Chartered status
- Strong back-office support to let you focus on advice
- £5,000 car allowance
- Bonus structure – based on performance, KPIs, and business success
- 25 days holiday, plus 1 extra day per year (up to 5 years)
- Private medical insurance (Bupa) – employer pays the excess
- Group life assurance – 3x basic salary
- Scottish Widows pension – 6% employer, 4% employee
