Job Title: IFA Admin Manager
Location: Bath
Salary: £42,000 to £45,000 + Bonus
This is an opportunity to join a highly regarded Wealth Management firm as a Client Support Manager, leading the administrative functions that underpin first-class financial planning services.
You’ll oversee a team of support staff across 2 offices, ensuring smooth client onboarding, accurate record-keeping, and efficient day-to-day operations. Working closely with the Head of Client Support, you’ll focus on leadership, process management, and enhancing client experience.
The Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in financial services administration within financial planning or wealth management
- Strong understanding of FCA regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality service
