Job Title: Head of Conveyancing

We are seeking an experienced and qualified legal professional to lead our Conveyancing Department. This is a fully remote position, offering the opportunity to oversee a talented team while driving performance and ensuring service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a remote team of conveyancing professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
  • Oversee departmental KPIs, ensuring targets are met and service levels maintained.
  • Conduct regular 1-to-1s and team meetings, fostering engagement and professional growth.
  • Maintain high standards of compliance and risk management in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Review workflows and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and client service.

Requirements:

  • Qualified solicitor with strong conveyancing experience.
