Job Title: Head of Conveyancing
Location: Fully Remote
Salary: Up to £55,000 Bonus
Hours: Full Time

We are seeking an experienced and qualified legal professional to lead our Conveyancing Department. This is a fully remote position, offering the opportunity to oversee a talented team while driving performance and ensuring service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a remote team of conveyancing professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
- Oversee departmental KPIs, ensuring targets are met and service levels maintained.
- Conduct regular 1-to-1s and team meetings, fostering engagement and professional growth.
- Maintain high standards of compliance and risk management in line with regulatory requirements.
