Salary: £60,000 to £75,000 + plus bonus after validation

Role Summary:

A great opportunity to take ownership of an existing book of clients and play a key role in its growth. You’ll be central to shaping and delivering highly personalised financial plans, while working closely with internal specialists and external referrers to strengthen relationships and expand your portfolio. The firm supports continued professional development, with a clear pathway to Level 6 if not yet achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of clients: Take over a well-established book and build long-term relationships

• Deliver high-quality, tailored financial planning: Ensure ongoing reviews, goal alignment, and compliant outcomes

• Identify cross-selling and development opportunities: Spot where clients can benefit from additional services

• Drive new business activity: Engage with solicitors, accountants, and other professional contacts

• Support broader business strategy: Get involved in firm-wide projects and development initiatives

• Ensure full regulatory and operational compliance: Maintain high standards in documentation, communication, and conduct

Requirements:

• Level 4 qualified through CII, CISI or equivalent

• Progress toward Level 6 (or already achieved)

• Holds a current Statement of Professional Standing (SPS)

• Proven ability to build and grow client relationships, ideally with £5m+ AUM

• Commercially minded with strong communication skills

• Confident working autonomously and collaboratively in a client-first environment
