Key Responsibilities:
- Transaction Handling: Manage residential property cases (sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers) ensuring timely progression
- Client Engagement: Maintain clear communication with clients and third parties to ensure smooth completions
- Compliance & Risk: Ensure all work is compliant with regulatory standards, AML checks, and firm policies
