Key Responsibilities:- Transaction Handling: Manage residential property cases (sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers) ensuring timely progression
- Client Engagement: Maintain clear communication with clients and third parties to ensure smooth completions
- Compliance & Risk: Ensure all work is compliant with regulatory standards, AML checks, and firm policies
- Operational Excellence: Contribute to process review and refine workflows for better efficiency
- Collaboration: Liaise with colleagues to raise standards and deliver consistent service
- Qualified Solicitor with experience in residential conveyancing
- Proven track record of managing your own caseload independently
