Key Responsibilities:
  • Transaction Management: Handle sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions.
  • Client & Stakeholder Liaison: Maintain communication with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other professionals.
  • Document Production: Draft contracts, completion statements, SDLTs, and other conveyancing documents.
  • Case Progression: Monitor and progress all case stages to timely completion.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and file management standards.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in residential conveyancing as a fee earner or conveyancing executive.
  • Ability to manage caseloads independently.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Competency with conveyancing software and Microsoft Office.
