The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise and commercial insight with a strong track record in team leadership and performance management.
You will:
- Lead and inspire a team of conveyancers and junior lawyers, providing ongoing mentorship and supervision
- Drive the team’s strategic development, focusing on operational efficiency and service excellence
- Play a central role in business planning, recruitment, and business development initiatives
- Take full ownership of team performance and client satisfaction

Requirements:
- SRA, CLC or CILEX qualification
- Minimum of 8 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) in residential property law
