We’re on the lookout for a detail-driven, proactive Conveyancer to join a dynamic property team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about helping clients navigate the property buying and selling process with confidence, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a full caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other solicitors
  • Draft and review contracts, conduct title checks, and manage searches
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
  • Deliver exceptional client service with clear, timely communication

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in residential conveyancing (minimum [X] years preferred)
  • Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Confident communicator with a client-focused approach
  • Qualification as a Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor or Legal Executive (preferred but not essential if experienced)
