We are working with a highly regarded intellectual property firm that is looking to expand its team with the addition of a skilled Trademark Paralegal. The Role:

As a Trademark Paralegal, you’ll support attorneys and the wider legal team with a range of trademark-related tasks. This includes managing trademark portfolios, preparing and filing applications, handling renewals, and coordinating with international associates. The role is ideal for someone who is confident managing their workload independently and is passionate about IP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing, filing, and managing UK, EU, and international trademark applications
  • Handling renewals, oppositions, assignments, and other formalities
  • Conducting trademark searches and preparing reports
  • Liaising with clients, trademark offices, and foreign associates
  • Maintaining accurate records using IP management systems

What We’re Looking For:

  • Ideally 3 years’ experience in a trademark paralegal or formalities role
  • Solid understanding of UKIPO, EUIPO, and WIPO processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working remotely and using digital case management tools
