This firm is widely recognised for handling high-value, complex property transactions and advising international investors, developers, and high-net-worth individuals across the UK property market.
As the firm continues to grow, they are looking to welcome a Newly Qualified Solicitor into their award-winning Residential Property team.
The Role
This is an exceptional opportunity to join one of the capital’s most respected specialist property teams. You will gain hands-on experience from day one, working on a broad and high-quality caseload, including:
- Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
- High-value transactions involving UK and overseas clients
- New build and off-plan purchases (including Help to Buy)
- Lease extensions, title reviews, and property finance
- Liaising with agents, developers, and international clients
You will be mentored by senior lawyers and exposed to an impressive client base, giving you a strong platform to build your career in property law.
About You
- Newly qualified solicitor (0-1 PQE) with a seat in residential or commercial property
- Excellent academics and a genuine passion for property law
- Confident communicator with a client-first approach
