We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Secretary to provide crucial support to the firm’s busy residential property team. Preparing and formatting legal documents, correspondence, and forms.

Managing diaries, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.

Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other third parties in a professional and courteous manner.

Handling incoming calls and emails, ensuring prompt and accurate communication.

Maintaining and updating client files and records on the case management system.

Conducting searches, preparing bundles, and submitting Land Registry applications.

Previous experience as a legal secretary in a conveyancing department.

Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.

Proficiency in MS Office and legal case management systems.
