About the Role:
Capio is proud to be working in partnership with a highly respected and growing law firm to recruit an experienced Conveyancer. This is an excellent opportunity to manage your own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion, within a supportive and well-structured team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
- Draft and review contracts, conduct property searches, and deal with Land Registry and HMRC requirements
- Liaise professionally with clients, estate agents, solicitors, and mortgage lenders
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with regulatory standards and internal procedures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using the firm’s case management system
- Deliver excellent client care and maintain strong professional relationships
About You:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience managing residential conveyancing files independently
- Qualified Conveyancer, Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor, or experienced Fee Earner
- Strong working knowledge of the conveyancing process and relevant legislation
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Proactive communicator with a commitment to client service
- Confident with legal technology and case management systems
