Job Title: Senior Employee Benefits Consultant
Location: Bristol
Salary: £50,000 starting salary

With a fast-growing Employee Benefits division, they’re continuing to expand their presence across the South West — offering experienced consultants the autonomy and support to grow strategic accounts and win new business.
Role Summary:
This is a key opportunity for a Senior Employee Benefits professional to take ownership of a portfolio while also driving new client wins in a business-to-business setting. With the backing of a respected brand and strong internal support, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping client strategies and expanding Brunel’s footprint in the benefits space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients: deepen existing relationships and ensure high retention
- Lead on new business generation: work closely with internal stakeholders to win and onboard new clients
- Provide strategic employee benefits advice: align benefits packages with client needs and commercial goals
- Conduct market reviews and negotiate with providers: deliver the most competitive and compliant solutions

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in employee benefits consulting
