Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 (DOE)

Role Summary:

This role is ideal for an Account Handler with some broking experience in either personal or commercial lines who is ready to take the next step. You’ll play a key role in supporting clients, developing your technical knowledge, and working alongside senior colleagues to build your career in insurance. Clear pathways for advancement, structured training, and strong local support make this a fantastic next move.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a portfolio of personal and/or commercial insurance clients, developing your market knowledge
• Deliver excellent service, handling queries, renewals, and adjustments efficiently
• Support senior Account Executives on larger or more complex client cases – gaining exposure to new areas
• Contribute to retention and growth by ensuring clients receive first-class support
• Play an active role in the Exeter office, building long-term relationships with clients and colleagues

Requirements:

• Previous experience within insurance broking (personal or commercial lines)
• Confident communicator with strong attention to detail
• Organised and able to manage client administration effectively
• Ambition to progress and develop your insurance career within a supportive team
