Job Title: Commercial Account Handler (Mid Level)
Location: Rickmansworth
Salary: Up to £35,000 Bonus
Benefits: 5 days a week (flexible 3/2 split), in-house training, Cert CII support

Role Summary:
You’ll join the commercial team handling a mixed portfolio (around 50% real estate) with premiums below £10k. This is a hands-on role where you’ll develop your technical knowledge and client management skills with excellent in-house training and support towards Cert CII. You’ll be part of a sociable, tight-knit team that works hard but enjoys success together.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the management of a varied commercial and real estate portfolio — developing multi-sector knowledge
• Handle premiums typically under £10k building confidence and expertise
• Work closely with Account Handlers and Executives, gaining hands-on mentoring
• Deliver excellent client service while meeting deadlines
• Contribute to a friendly, collaborative office culture
