This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and growing financial services group in a key leadership position within their Compliance function.
We’re working with a respected wealth management business that’s looking for an experienced T&C professional to lead the oversight and development of their adviser population. This role offers real influence, managing a team of T&C supervisors and supporting the ongoing professional growth of Financial Planners, Mortgage Advisers, and Corporate Consultants.
You’ll be responsible for maintaining and evolving the firm’s Training & Competence scheme, ensuring it aligns with regulatory expectations and delivers meaningful support to advisers at every stage of their career.
The Required Skills:
- Proven experience in a T&C leadership role within a financial advice or wealth management setting
- Strong understanding of FCA requirements, including Consumer Duty, SM&CR, and relevant rulebooks
- Ability to design, deliver and maintain effective adviser supervision and development frameworks
- Experience guiding advisers through to CAS status
- Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent) qualified as a minimum
- Excellent coaching, feedback, and communication skills
