Capilon Hotels is seeking a commercially sharp reservations and revenue manager to own pricing decisions and revenue performance across our central London hotels. You will work with the Revenue Consultant and COO, using RMS and cloud PMS to optimise ADR, occupancy and RevPAR while ensuring accurate reservations handling from cancellations to group bookings.
You will guide reception teams, review daily bookings, and present monthly results to Directors, with flexibility for full-time or part-time
