Location: On site in central Southampton, Hampshire (potential of remote working after probation)

Capilaux is a specialist recruitment agency in the Aviation & Aerospace sector. We’re expanding and looking for a Recruitment Consultant who’s driven to learn, grow, and build a career in sales, business development, and recruitment.

What You’ll Do

·Build relationships with aviation & aerospace clients

·Source and engage top industry talent

·Win new business and grow your own client base

·Manage the recruitment process from first call to placement

·Work towards clear KPIs with support and training
