We're working with a highly regarded Part 145 MRO seeking a Technical Services Manager to lead a talented team responsible for delivering high‑quality engineering documentation, supporting aircraft maintenance operations, and ensuring full regulatory compliance. What you’ll be doing
- Lead the Technical Services function, ensuring the department consistently delivers accurate, compliant, and high‑quality technical documentation that enables safe and efficient aircraft maintenance.
- Leading and developing the Technical Services team.
- Managing engineering work packages and ensuring timely delivery.
- Overseeing technical records and maintenance documentation.
- Ensuring compliance with Part 145 regulations, company procedures and airworthiness requirements.
- Allocating projects and managing team workload.
- Managing technical publications and OEM document revisions.
- Working closely with Engineering, Planning, Purchasing, Stores and customers to deliver an exceptional service.
We're keen to speak with candidates who have:
- Previous management experience within a Technical Services environment.
- Strong knowledge of Part 145 maintenance operations.
- Experience producing or managing engineering work packages and technical documentation.
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
