Strategic Business Development Director
This is a strategic business development role focused on expanding our clients footprint within the aircraft leasing and MRO sectors, particularly around heavy maintenance cycles, aircraft teardown, and parts procurement.
The individual would:
- Leverage existing relationships in the leasing space (especially mid-tier lessors)
- Maintain a black book of key leasing and MRO contacts
- Help procure aircraft for teardown or resale
- Support our clients ability to offer faster parts turnaround and cost-effective sourcing
- Potentially help develop MRO partnerships or even manage outsourced hangar space usage
- Have a hand in monetising maintenance activity by creating commercial partnerships
Ideal Candidate
Someone with:
- Deep networking ties in the leasing and MRO markets
- A strategic eye for opportunity in asset lifecycle management
- Comfort operating in a commercial role with high commission potential
- Experience brokering heavy maintenance work , part-out deals, or aircraft transitions
