Our client, a leading organisation in the aerospace engineering and MRO sector, is seeking a dynamic and experienced R&D Manager to lead their Research & Development workshop. This is an exciting opportunity to drive operational efficiency, lead innovative projects, and enhance services for both internal and external customers.

- A-Level or equivalent qualification, with at least 2 years’ experience in an aerospace engineering workshop or similar environment.
