Working closely with commercial teams on routing and solutions. Negotiating with carriers, handlers and hauliers to optimise cost and service. Tracking KPIs and supporting senior leadership with reporting and planning. What You’ll Bring 5+ years in air freight, aviation logistics, AOG or time-critical operations. Experience leading an operations team. Deep understanding of air freight, road freight, customs and airline processes. Ability to stay calm and decisive under pressure. Customer-first mindset with strong attention to detail. Experience with freight management systems (e.g., BoxTop or similar).
