Operations Specialist – Aviation Logistics

We're supporting a growing aviation logistics organisation in the search for an Operations Specialist to join their operations team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with aviation or aerospace logistics experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and wants to develop their career within a growing business.
Key Responsibilities:
✈ Coordinate domestic and international freight movements
✈ Manage air, road, courier and multimodal shipments from booking through to delivery
✈ Liaise with airlines, freight providers, suppliers, customers and global partners
✈ Monitor shipment progress and proactively resolve operational issues
✈ Ensure accurate documentation, compliance and operational reporting
✈ Support time-critical and AOG requirements when needed
We're Interested in Speaking with Individuals Who Have:
✔ Previous aviation or aerospace logistics experience
✔ Freight forwarding or logistics operations experience
✔ Exposure to airfreight, road freight, courier or multimodal transport
✔ Strong organisational and communication skills
✔ A stable employment history with good tenure
✔ A flexible approach to working hours and operational requirements
✔ Experience with BoxTop (advantageous but not essential)
