- Working closely with commercial teams on routing and solutions.
- Negotiating with carriers, handlers and hauliers to optimise cost and service.
- Tracking KPIs and supporting senior leadership with reporting and planning.

- 5+ years in air freight, aviation logistics, AOG or time-critical operations.
- Experience leading an operations team.
