Are you a hands-on Quality Manager with aerospace experience who enjoys owning the QMS end-to-end and working closely with the business? This is a high-impact role within an established aerospace organisation operating across two UK sites.

What you’ll be doing:
- Maintaining and improving the EN9100 / EN9120 QMS
- Planning and leading internal audits across multiple sites
- Supporting department managers on quality matters
- Investigating quality escapes using 8D methodology
- Completing customer quality questionnaires
- Responding to regulatory and legislative queries
- Advising on ITAR, Export Control, REACH, RoHS and related compliance
- Contributing to management reviews and CI initiatives
What we’re looking for:
- Aerospace, Defence or manufacturing quality background
- Strong working knowledge of EN9100 / EN9120
- Audit trained (preferred)
- Calm, organised, solutions-focused approach
- Confident communicator at all levels
- Comfortable with regular UK site travel
