The Technical Services Manager is responsible for leading the Technical Services Department to ensure engineering documentation, work packages, and technical records comply with EASA Part-145 regulations, the company MOE, and Part CAMO requirements. The role ensures accurate and timely delivery of documentation to support safe and efficient maintenance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the Technical Services team, including workload distribution and performance management.
- Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of engineering work packages and release documentation.
- Oversee material requisitions to support maintenance operations.
- Maintain and update technical publications and maintenance documentation in line with OEM revisions.
- Monitor communication with customers to ensure high service standards.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost control.
- Supervise technical records and Part-145 work reports.
- Support operations by acting as a Technical Services Engineer (TSE) when required.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in management meetings and safety forums.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Degree in engineering or technical discipline (preferred).
- Experience in aviation maintenance or technical services management.
- Good knowledge of EASA Part-145 and CAMO requirements.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
