Are you an experienced B1 and/or B2 Licensed Engineer with a passion for aviation maintenance? Looking for a leadership role where you can drive operational excellence and compliance?
We’re hiring a Check Manager to oversee and deliver base maintenance inputs, lead a skilled team, and ensure the highest standards of safety and efficiency.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing and delivering allocated maintenance inputs on schedule
- Issuing Certificates of Release to Service for specific aircraft types
- Leading and developing a high-performing team within base maintenance
- Monitoring progress, delivering daily production briefings, and ensuring compliance with aviation regulations
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency
What We’re Looking For:
- B1 and/or B2 Licensed Engineer with C certification by aircraft type (A330/A320 type ratings)
- 5+ years of Base Maintenance experience
- Strong working knowledge of Part 145 aviation legislation
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- A flexible, problem-solving mindset in a fast-paced environment
