The objective of the role is to proactively manage the staffing process; identify issues affecting staffing performance, work alongside the Lead Staffing Manager and Practice leadership team to develop solutions, working with a wide variety of stakeholders, in order to maintain and enhance the Practice in ensuring Application Practices and Insights & Data UK meets their financial and non-financial targets.
Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your role:
- Respond to staffing requests from Project and Programme Managers within and outside of Apps Practices and Insights & Data.
- Account and Business Development Managers within and outside of Apps Practices and Insights & Data.
- Staffing Managers from all areas of Capgemini, within the UK and internationally.
- Owning requests for your skills areas, identifying appropriate candidates, liaising with Capability Leads, submitting CVs to the requestor, putting candidates and requestor in touch to discuss the role, keeping requestor, candidates and Capability Leads updated on status, updating GTD (whoz) to reflect opportunity in the forecast.
- Actively seek placement opportunities for resources coming available by building relationships within the Market Units and with other Staffing Managers (from other areas of the company, within and outside of the UK).
- Identifying open opportunities in the Global demand tool GTD (Whoz).
- Place consultants into roles, balancing their development needs with the needs of the business.
- Provide Management Information, as required, to the Business Unit Heads/Capability Leads, Business Operation Managers and Consultants.
- Maintain resourcing tools; update GTD (Whoz) Supply with resource project forecasts to drive utilization MI.
- Maintain GTD Talent Requests with status notes, start/end date amendments and timely closure of demands when staffed or cancelled to drive accurate MI on fulfilment.
