We are looking for technology passionate individuals to start their career in the IT industry. You will be joining The Engagement Management practice working for our largest UK public sector client, learning from our inspiring experts, and joining a large community of Graduates and Apprentices across the business. You will create, manage and continuously improve one or more programmes using agile and lean principles and methodologies, typically to deliver a specific product or transformation via a number of multi-disciplinary, highly skilled teams. You will work with product managers and the delivery team to establish delivery priorities and plans, manage risks and dependencies, and remove blockers. Good stakeholder management skills are essential for building relationships and communicating effectively. You’ll learn to deliver complex projects, services, and financial accounting. This role is only available to be based in our office in Telford, West Midlands. As such, you will need to be based within a commutable distance to the Telford office, where you should expect to typically be in our Telford office 3 days a week. This specific role is not available to be based in any other UK office, but other opportunities on our website have more flexibility on locations.
Our Engagement Management programme is rotational, allowing you to develop experience in the following roles:
- Junior Project Analysts (PMO): Financial management of projects, monitoring and control, resource and capacity management, change management, and project planning.
- Junior Business Operation Managers (BOA): Supporting day-to-day operational activities including monthly financial accounting, resourcing, governance, capability, and employee development.
- Junior Service Delivery Managers: Responsible for the performance and achievement of SLA’s for live services, managing delivery of technical live services into the client.
- Junior Project Managers: Management of IT projects through the lifecycle, using Agile or waterfall methodologies, conducting financial management and project governance.
