We are seeking a strategic and visionary Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of our enterprise-wide technology architecture. This role is responsible for aligning IT strategy with business goals, ensuring that technology investments deliver maximum value, and enabling scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions across the organization.
- Develop multi-year architecture roadmaps aligned with business strategy and digital transformation goals.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to inform strategic planning.
- Guide the integration of systems, platforms, and data across business units.
- Collaborate with solution architects, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders to ensure cohesive architecture.
- Ensure architecture supports robust cybersecurity, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
- Identify and mitigate architectural risks related to scalability, performance, and interoperability.
Banking solution experience is a must. Understanding of General Ledger, Payments, Accounts area.
10+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in Solution/Enterprise architecture or related leadership roles.
- Banking domain experience is a must.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, GCP, microservices, APIs, and data architecture.
- Certification in TOGAF, AWS/Azure Architecture, or similar.
- Experience in digital transformation, business process modelling, and agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with enterprise tools such as ServiceNow, SAP, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
