We have an exciting opportunity for a SIAM Change and Software Asset Configuration Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for governing and coordinating the end-to-end change management process across a multi-supplier environment, while also ensuring the effective management of software assets and configuration data throughout the service lifecycle. You will ensure that changes are planned, assessed, approved, and implemented successfully, whilst maintaining accurate configuration information, optimising software asset utilisation, minimising risk to live services, and protecting service stability.

As a key member of the Service Integration and Management (SIAM) function, you will collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and client stakeholders to ensure that change, software asset, and configuration management activities are delivered in line with agreed governance, contractual obligations, and industry best practices. By taking a proactive approach to identifying risks, dependencies, licensing considerations, and service impacts, you will drive continual improvement, maintain the integrity of configuration management data, support successful change delivery, and help enhance the overall customer experience.
