Capgemini is inviting applications for the ServiceNow Architect role in its Digital Customer Experience (DCX) Business Technology practice in the UK. The role focuses on programme management and technical delivery, driving ServiceNow implementation across clients and ensuring successful ServiceNow initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales activities and business development around ServiceNow solutions, identifying opportunities for new business and building relationships with key clients.
- Lead the sales process from pre‑sales through to contract signing, including proposal development, presentations and negotiations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to design, scope and pitch innovative ServiceNow solutions to prospective clients.
- Identify market trends and client needs, aligning DCX’s ServiceNow offerings with those insights to drive sales growth.
- Act as the primary point of contact for senior client and internal stakeholders, establishing trust and delivering results in strategic ServiceNow engagements.
- Work with C‑level executives, IT leaders and functional business units to understand requirements and tailor ServiceNow solutions to meet their needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with ServiceNow leadership and key partners to ensure ongoing collaboration and alignment.
Qualifications and Experience
- ServiceNow platform expertise across HR Service Delivery, IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, Customer Service Management, Employee Service Centre, Case and Knowledge Management and Performance Analytics.
- Knowledge of HR processes and employee experience strategies, including designing and implementing workflows that enhance engagement.
- Understanding of customer experience strategies, journey mapping and customer feedback mechanisms.
- Proficiency in system integration, data migration, customization, scripting, workflow automation and configuration of the ServiceNow platform.
- Analytical and problem‑solving skills to analyse business requirements, identify gaps and propose effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders and articulate technical concepts to non‑technical audiences up to CXO level.
- Understanding of change management principles, training delivery and end‑user support.
- Sales and consulting skills to build demonstrations and tailor the platform to client needs.
Security Clearance
Applicants must obtain Security Check (SC) clearance. SC clearance requires continuous residence in the United Kingdom for the last five years and other specified criteria. Applicants will be questioned on residence, nationality and citizenship where required.
