We are looking for learning and enablement professionals eager to grow their careers. Our Change Enablement & Adoption team shares best practices across key areas such as: Stakeholder Engagement and Communications, Business Change, Learning & Enablement, and Culture Change.
Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home. Note that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your role:
- As a Senior Learning Enablement Consultant, you will lead learning workstreams of transformation projects across industries.
- You will understand client needs and develop creative learning solutions to meet those needs.
- You will collaborate with clients and Capgemini colleagues to deliver sustainable business change by developing learning strategies, needs analysis, programs, and designing courses.
- Your work will often involve technology-enabled change, from ERP programs to digital applications.
- You should be comfortable leading teams of learning consultants to deliver high-quality, blended learning solutions.
Within your role, you will:
- Lead learning workstreams during ERP implementations and bespoke technology projects.
- Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams (onshore and offshore).
- Be recognized as a subject matter expert in learning and enablement, contributing to continuous improvement.
- Participate in sales activities, shaping learning bids and presenting solutions to clients.
- Mentor and develop early-career talent within the team.

Your skills and experience:
- You should be TAP, LPI, or CIPD certified, with the ability to lead end-to-end planning, design, implementation, and measurement of blended learning solutions.
- You should excel in understanding client needs and designing learning solutions and technology products that support achieving business goals.
- Strong consulting skills and stakeholder engagement are essential.
- Experience with ERP transformation, digital adoption platforms, or AI for learning is desirable.
Your security clearance:
Security Check (SC) Clearance is required. To obtain SC clearance, candidates must have resided continuously in the UK for the last 5 years and meet other criteria.
