About the Job you are considering: We at Capgemini I&D Practice are looking to hire an experienced Data Modeller with strong expertise in the Insurance domain, who will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of key projects. Your Role:
- Analyze and translate business requirements into clear, scalable data models.
- Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models aligned with business needs.
- Define and enforce database development and modeling standards across projects.
- Validate, review, and reconcile data models to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Maintain and enhance existing models as business processes and data evolve.
- Collaborate closely with data architects, analysts, and business stakeholders.
- Support enterprise data management strategies and governance initiatives.
- Oversee data migration efforts from legacy systems to modern data platforms.
Your Skills:
- Strong experience as a Data Modeler with expertise in modeling techniques and design tools.
- Proficiency in conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling and database structures.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation capabilities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams.
- Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and metadata best practices.
