As a Senior Business Analyst, you are highly customer focused and responsible for building collaborative relationships. You will represent the needs and desires of the stakeholder community to one or more Agile delivery teams, being the first source of information about the problem domain for teams. Working with Scrum Masters, Business Analysts and Developers, you will lead Agile delivery teams in turning user feedback into actionable insights that drive the design and prioritisation of product improvements and will champion the work of the Agile delivery teams to the stakeholder community.
Your role includes:
- Building highly collaborative internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Developing the product vision with stakeholders and representing their needs to one or more Agile delivery teams
- Prioritising and maintaining the Product Backlog, collaborating with Business Analysts and Developers to create and refine User Stories according to business value and technical risk
- Leading efforts to evaluate, select, and implement appropriate software and system solutions that support and enable delivery
- Identifying and leading process improvements for requirements gathering and documentation of those requirements
- Directing the development of user-driven prototypes to test potential new features with users to verify potential improvements
- Enabling your team to release frequent product improvements that deliver real value for users

Your skills and experience include:
- 7-8 years of product management and/or business analysis experience in digital services or business
- Knowledge of requirements capture methods and techniques, business systems and analysis, software development lifecycles and associated processes
- Proficient in the use of requirements capturing toolsets e.g. JIRA and Confluence
- Working with Agile approaches such as Scrum
- A track record of client facing consulting engagements or similar roles within industry
Your security clearance:
- Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) checks are required for this role.
- Security Clearance (SC) is desirable for this role.
