We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with strong expertise in the Finance and Banking domain who will oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects.

Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your Role:

  • Facilitation of all Scrum Ceremonies including daily scrum calls and backlog prioritisation feeding into wider Data Platform Prioritisation where appropriate.
  • Providing clear and structured status updates to various Stakeholders and Consumers.
  • Liaising and working closely with Project Managers or Product Owners keeping them updated on progress against milestones, risks, issues, and budget control.
  • Provide input to the technical development approach of a project balancing cost, time, quality, and risk.
  • Assist in the identification, management, and resolution of technical Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies (RAIDs).

Your Skills:

  • Scrum Master Agile Experience Certification is an advantage.
  • Experience of software and solution design across distributed and integrated architectures.
  • Hands-on technical experience building and implementing software.
  • Experience of working in Financial Services.
